Octavius D. Gould
Octavius Gould, CEO, is a certified executive coach and trusted advisor to organizations both large and small, on mission-critical areas that enhance leadership skills, communication effectiveness, and team performance.
Octavius developed his business acumen at MCI, where he earned five promotions within five years to become Regional Sales Manager leading five sales managers and sixty sales professionals. His record of developing profitable organizations was instrumental in him later becoming a Vice President of Sales for a global company.
Octavius holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, where he also played football. He was inducted into the Pemberton High School Hall of Fame, while receiving a Proclamation from the Office of the Mayor of Pemberton, NJ, and a Joint Legislative Resolution from the New Jersey Senate for his many meritorious career and community accomplishments.
Octavius is the proud father of two daughters and resides in Charlotte, NC.
